This young woman had a significant contour deformity of her nose as a result of her multiple prior rhinoplasty procedures years ago. Her nose was significantly upturned, with too much nostril showing. There was still a significant hump that had not been adequately addressed at the time of her original rhinoplasty. She underwent revision rhinoplasty to help correct her problems and to obtain a more natural and aesthetically pleasing contour to her nose.
